Flash ati 8500 le to retail 8500

Hey, I got an 8500le 128mb. I want to try to flash it to the retail 8500 bios but i dont think ati ever made a 128mb 8500. So the retail 64mb 8500 wont really work will it? =^( Anyone know what I can do with this or if i can find a magic 8500 retail 128mb bios?
 
I flashed my 8500LE to a retail 8500, but it is a 64MB version. Check out the Rage3D.com forum. They should have plenty of information for you.
 
The 8500 LE is clocked at 250/250, while the 8500 is clocked at 275/275. If you can't overclock the card to 275/275, then a BIOS flash won't help. Just use ATI Tool to determine your maximum stable overclock and live with that.
