Flash and Dreamweaver templates.

I'm pretty new to both Flash and Dreamweaver for web design. (Played with some flash movies a while back but that's it) Anyhow, I figured a great way to jump into it is to start with some basic templates and learn backwards...the way I usually learn. Does anyone know of any good FREE template sites? I did a search on yahoo and could only find crap for free ones. Macromedia's site is also somewhat limited. I appreciate any help with this.... I suggest you look around the web for sites that you think are good. Then try to recreate them. That way you will learn more along the way A template really won't help you learn anything.
