Flash 15.0.0.152 Released

But will you update to 17.0.174 the month after?

I believe it is because Chrome flash is different so it may be updated by them. For normal linux, I think only major security updates are installed now. Correct me if i'm wrong...

I wonder if this version will allow me to go past round 107 on BMC:CT. Right now by the time I get to that high, flash has consumed so much memory that it just bogs down and eventually dies.

If you click on the "back" mouse button while hovering over the video area on Youtube, the plugin container crashes.

No, just try to google it up.
Something like "flash mouse back button freeze". It took me a few weeks to realize it wasn't anything specific to my PC. I didn't even think it could be something bigger.

I am using Firefox and just tried this. In my case, nothing happens when the mouse is on top of the video. When I move the mouse off the video, I can mouse click back without issue.

What browser?

Anything based on Firefox. (I use Pale Moon, but was using regular Firefox until recently, and it happens in both)
You have to click the "back" thumb button while having the cursor over a Youtube video frame, otherwise it won't happen.

Like I said, doesn't happen on mine. Might want to double-check your plugins. Could be an issue with an older version of Firefox (I don't hesitate to update it when one is available).

Nope, negative.
I don't have any explanation why it apparently doesn't happen for everyone though. But by finding numerous references about the same problem on Google, I am convinced it has nothing to do with my PC.

Of course it has something to do with your computer, we just don't know what it is, and it isn't just your computer obviously. For example, I can recreate your issue on my virtual machine, but not on my home PC. Considering the fact that this VM is running the most basic video drivers, the interaction of Flash and video drivers could be a culprit here. Let the blame game fly, lol.
