It looked new. Stickers where taped over the cpu, ram, agp, pci sockets. All of the accessories were unopened.
However IDE slot 2 does not work. No big deal I just installed an extra ide controller pci card I had around and it's works fine now. I figure it's not worth to send it back since the price is so low and I might get something that is worse.
