Sharp Wizards for $4.88 each (regularly $80, but I may be mistaken on that because it looks like the average price on the web is about $105) at some Office Depot B&M ln MN.

These are the 3 meg model, backlit and include the software and cabling to link to your PC.

OD sku# is651381.

On all these OD closeouts your results will vary by location.

HURRY THE H3LL UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your welcome for this deal DX-treme. I just thought I would give Fatwa**eters a half hour head start on this one. The 1.5 meg 730 was on sale as well as the 770PC

I was in a store yesterday and just happened to notice it. They were out of stock at that store so I had them check other stores in the area. They showed one store having three 770s and three 730s. I was real pissed because I knew I wouldn't have time to head straight there cuz my wife needed to use the car so I had a friend come over later and pick me up and take me out there. I got there about four hours after I'd checked stock at the original store, and they only had ONE left. At least it was the 770. Surprisingly it's the 730 that costs $1 more yet only has 1.5mb where the 770 has 3mb. I couldn't believe they only had one left. I was gonna buy at LEAST 2. There are 3 birthdays in the family coming up. I was gonna give sharp wizards to one and all! :)

Here's a link that talks about them. LINK. It seems to be quite practical for Addresses and the like. The PC sync features make it a real tool not just a toy. Its screen will dissappoint those who are used to Palms, but it is big enough that if you have moderately small hands you can input text pretty fast.

Great post! thanks!

Store #251 in Naperville, IL had 11 of them at 3:30pm today (but only 9 left after I bought two). I forgot to check on the weather thingy - anyone wanna trade a wizzard for a wireless weather clock? Plus some $$ of course - PM me :)

There don't appear to be ANY in San Diego, although we did manage to pick up the last two $0.88 Royal organizers.

UPDATE: The stroe manager in Mission Valley was PISSED when we found one on display. He wouldn't believe it was less than the $59.99, then claimed that they didn't have the cables and manual - we took it anyway:p:D;) Guess he didn't know it was there, and wanted it for himself.

We also picked up an AT&T digital phone answering machine and caller ID box SKU 175971. Clearance price was $9.66, and since it was the display model (last one), they gave it to us for $4.88! Not bad, when the exact same box without caller ID is still $29.99!

I need the SKU on the 730 if anyone has it.

I'm trying to get the display one but the manager doesn't have a way to check the price.

SKU for the 730: 991011. MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE CABLE - A REPLACEMENT COST $20!

Also: The software to sync to Outlook is like $60 :Q - unless someone knows of an alternative;)

rpzero: Have them check the system in front of you - should come up as $5.88 for the 730.

kitkit201 - does the Dublin store get hit hard when news of a hot deal goes up? I live in Pleasanton and that's the closest one. I used to work close to the Las Gatos OD and that one never seemed to get raided.

Dude: Yup - picked up the last one in Mission Valley.

Wounded: Manual can be downloaded from a very good sharp web site - 83 pages (a lot to print).
