I just put together a system with the following (important) parts:

Taisol CGK760092 w/ Arctic Silver
AK31 Revision 2.0, updated to new BIOS
256MB Crucial DDR
Asus Geforce DDR
Maxtor 40Gig HD
350W HEC AMD approved
Basic BIOS settings and clean install. Here's the problem:
I get random lockups just surfing the web, clicking around Windows, etc. I ran a demo of Madden 2002 and it freezes after a few minutes or it runs like in slow motion frame by frame. Sometimes, it freezes after 5 minutes and sometimes after 20 minutes. CPU temps idle at 45C and max out at 51-52C running RC5. Could it be the power supply? +5V is at 4.94 - 4.96. I don't know what's wrong. Please help! 🙁
