FL School Board Shooter Posted Suicide Note Railing Against the Rich

THis poor guy was no doubt the result of too much Fox news and Rush radio on the brain.
They get these people all worked up over nothing, then some poor nutcase takes his gun and goes after people.
They guy wasn’t even sure why he was angry. His wife fired? Then something about taxes? He didn’t even know why.
I believe in freedom of speech, but the media whores that get these viewers all worked up and ready to kill, should be held accountable. It's nothing more than falsely crying FIRE in a crowded theater to get a reaction.
They create homophobia, racial hate, and then people like this guy believes everyone is out to get them.

BTW.. Watching Fox this morning, that blond lady (???) had some guy on, cutting down Mrs. Obama over the healthy school lunch program. They were saying how outrageous it was that Mrs. Obama wanted kids to eat more healthy. Tell schools what they can and cannot put in vending machines.
I’m like WTF... Fox actually wants to make some fake issue over allowing schools to feed kids french fries and fat foods. Like 80% of most Americans can't get their fat ass through a door now. So Fox wants kids to weigh 150 pounds at the age of 12.
This guy was saying "well I ate school lunch food growing up and I turned out ok".
I was thinking, yeah.. he probably ate dog droppings off the sidewalk too,
and licked pigeon dropping off the roof of his dads car.

The so called news media needs to be held accountable for the crap-ola they broadcast over the air, and get people all stirred up over. Then later act like they have no responcibility when some guy takes a gun and tries to kill school board members, gays, blacks, or musleums.

My daughter is a Junior and this year they yanked all the vending machines at her HS all because of Mrs. Obama and her dumb ass meddling. but i guess you enjoy the feds intrusions that quite frankly have no business doing.

Not sure what you mean, it's gotten plenty of coverage and if you were to take a poll of people you know who are generally on the up and up you can be certain they've heard the story.

If there is any less than laserbeam-like focus on this, I would have to peg that on the holidays. It's a terribly sad story that ended as well as it could have. If this had occurred a few months before or after, then I'm sure there would be more bleating.

What's clear here is that people of all political colors are getting fed up with the way things are going, with the way that we're all collectively being fucked on a daily basis.

Edit - despite the myth in right-wing circles that Soros runs Mediamatters and has for years, he donated money to them for the first time in October of this year.

What's funny is how this story is barely getting any coverage. I mean, a loon attempts to kill the members of a school board and then takes his own life! He uses a handgun too! This is usually the kind of stuff that really gets some press. Lots of press.

It's almost like because he was obviously a progressive, linked to all those progressive sites, one of which was mediamatters.org (hmm, that's funded by George Soros isn't it?) that the story is being buried by the left biased media.

What happened is that everything that makes the news today is politicised. Our society is becoming increasingly polarized along various lines: race, religion, political leanings. ATPN is just a microcosm of what's being played out in broader society.

I wholeheartedly agree. The economy is bringing more people down to a point of breaking. Add into that equation a whole lot of polarization.

This is what I never get about these people. I mean, I respect them in that they've finally decided in their minds that they're not going to take the BS shoved at them anymore. And if it gets in their minds that it's because of "the rich" and/or "the politicians" and/or "the government", so much the better IMO.

But FFS, take it out on them if you're going to do something drastic. It's like the guy that flew his plane into the IRS building: Dumb! If he's going to do something drastic, don't do it to some low level peon, pick on the person at the top of the agency who's really the one you have the beef with.

That was obvious to me upon viewing the video footage, and what I posted in the other thread. I think the fact he hit no one shows he was a good shot and was intentionally missing. The average drunk would have gotten lucky and scored at least one hit from that distance.
