Fixing Speaker Wire

Noooo i just broke my speaker wire on my stereo. It is a dual wire, one black and one red, which clips into the stereo. The black one is severed. How do I fix it? Thanks for your help.
 
i would strip the wire in both directions at the point it was severed, twist the two exposed pieces together, and then cover it with electricians tape. it wont look pretty, but that should do the job.
