Fixing resource conflict?

My g9 mouse keep dcing. I thought its my mouse issue. however when I plug into another computer it works fine. I believe it has something to do with resource conflict. Can anyone teach me how to fix it?

Btw i did go to power management and device manager to turn off usb shutdown etc.... I googled everything to fix my mouse but no one in google specifically show how to fix resource conflict, they just mentioned it.
