Stuffed Peppers are in the oven right now. The mixture consists of.... rice, tomato sauce, sausage, garlic, chunks of tomatoes, spices.

I got a turkey fryer as a Christmas gift from a friend. I think when it warms up a bit outside I'm going to hook this thing up to the propane tank and test it out. I'll start with a large chicken first before blowing money on a Turkey. Maybe next weekend
