fixing an Arachnid electronic dart board

I tried looking through the posting for an answer but could not find a similar problem. The soft tip dart board works except it will not register the hits in the scoring areas for the #20 or #1. I took the back off to see if there was a problem with the connection but do not see anything out of place. It does not look like anything in the connections is scratched but I've never seen or worked on anything like this before. Thank you in advance for any advice / tips you may have!!
