Hi, you can see my sys in the sign.
If I set a fsb over 150 my video card gives artifacts in 2d video, my audio card crackles and the PCI modem disconnects so I think that the PCI/AGP frequency is too high. I tried to set in the bios (uptated) the locks on 33 and 37 and I tried to set the divider 1/5 but the problem persists, how can I make it work??

I'ld say it was your P4 2.0A reaching it's peak at 150fsb (3GHz), which is a pretty good oc.

You should be happy with 150fsb, PCI divider locked at 33MHz, CPU : DDR set at Low 3:4 for DDR400, DDR timing at 2/2/2/5.

It's not my cpu peak, I'm still at default voltage and 36°C, it can rise over 3000 with ease.
I can use perfectly my pc @ 3200 but I get those problems related to the pci/agp frequencies
