I have a saitek eclipse keyboard that works fine in the USB port, but for some reason whenever i have to "press any key to boot from cd...." the computer doesnt recognize the keyboard. When i plug the keyboard into the ps/2 port with an adapter, the keyboard lights up at boot, then turns off and when i get to the login screen, the keyboard doesnt even work. I have a logitech keyboard that works fine with the ps/2 adapter, so i know its not the adapter or the port itself.
I would just use it in the USB port, however, in between the bios post, and the login screen, they keyboard is not recognized by the computer.
