From a fresh boot, I can get into CS, play, and quit without no problems. But the second time I try to load CS, the program locks up at the menu screen. The mouse icon shoulds it is busy but it never finishes loading. It is very annoying. It means I have to reboot everytime I get a craving to play or I have to restart the game due sound bugs. It started right after I upgraded to Win2k. A fresh install of CS didn't help either. Can anybody help? here are my specs.
