Content-type: text/html Page-Completion-Status: Normal Page-Completion-Status: Normal Page-Completion-Status: Normal

The above text shows up frequently when I am using the forums. It appears on the top of the screen and then the page will eventually show itself below this text. Sometimes the entire page is nothing but similar text and I'll have to refresh many many times to get the correct screen.

Anyone know why this is happening??? It only happens on this site. I've cleared my cookies, cache, etc... but stil get the same stuff....

Anyone...?

** FIXED ** Read my message below for answer.

IE6 (winXP)

I'm having horrible trouble getting Anandtech forum pages to load. Sometimes I have to hit the stop button cause it just keeps churning away without doing anything. Then after hitiing the stop button most of the page appears.

I'm also seeing the following text sometimes:
Content-type: text/html Page-Completion-Status: Normal Page-Completion-Status: Normal Page-Completion-Status: Normal Set-Cookie: FUSETALKLASTDATE=09%2F11%2F2002+16%3A52%3A27; expires=Sun, 27-Sep-2037 00:00:00 GMT; path=/; domain=.anandtech.com; Set-Cookie: FUSETALKLATESTPOSTS1=09%2F11%2F2002+16%3A30%3A19; expires=Sun, 27-Sep-2037 00:00:00 GMT; path=/; domain=.anandtech.com;

I'm only having these issues here. I've done tons of other web surfing, etc without this happening.....

Default security (Medium) on IE6.

Sometimes the pages are fine, other times I just get the said text on 100% of the screen and I have to refresh many times before getting a "real" screen.

Turns out I'm having this problem with all cold fusion websites, so it's not really a forum issue. I'll do some more research and if I still can't get this fixed I'll start a new thread in the software forum.

If anyone has any ideas I'm still open for advice.....

Fixed it!!!

All I did was run sfc /scannow from the run command line (system file checker) and now it works just fine.

Thanks again for your responses.
