Just updated my drivers on my Quadro NVS 160m equipped Dell E6400 and as the title the screen repaint speeds are dire. Maximixing or just task switching has visible delays as the apps elements are built. It's not seconds, but prior to update it was snappy and had no repaint delay.

Anyone got any tips to fix?

Has the driver update disabled hardware acceleration by chance?

OK so I tested Live For Speed on it and at 1400x900x32 It's cranking 80+ fps. So it's just poor 2D performance. :Z

Fixed this yesterday:

When installing the latest driver I took the 'Clean install' option. I'm guessing what happened next was a combination of the crummy uninstall/install routine for clean installs and Windows XP, but essentially it appears that I ended up with around 7 monitor devices listed in Device Manager. I deleted 6 of them, leaving 'Plug and Play monitor' and hey presto! Perfect performance again.
