I d/l two different drivers from Netgear.com,
but Device Manager said the both drivers ain't working right,
and I obviously lost the originally bundled driver floppy,
anyone has it and can kindly email it to me? (andylawcc@HOTmail.com)(its less than 700k)
or better, give me a link....

many thanks

EDIT:
it turns out that it wasn't the driver,
all it takes is swap the NIC to a different slot...
:)
thanks to all those helped.

just went through my boxes. i got 4 of these in october (fa310tx). 2 of the disks were the same version as the one i sent. im assuming the other 2 are also. same directories and files. if you want i can try and find the other 2 disks or can zip the ones i found and send that. doubt it would make a difference though, just let me know.

it doesn't matter, as long as it is from the disk version,
somehow the online version didn't work for both mine and my roomate's computer. thanks again...

add:

hummm.... 4.02, that's the one I d/led, so its not the driver problem????

no IRQ conflict though...

humm that's odd. i copied the files from the disk and everything's the exact same, except it's in a self extracting zip on their page. do you have the 310 or the 310tx? i think there were both models and there was something different between the two. did they have drivers for the regular 310?

how old are those nics? on their site they have v3.10 which is for older 310 cards. have you tried those and see what happens?

edit: homepage/cus service/tech support/downloads/ fa310 in the search box.
