Ok, for some of you this may be common knowledge but there are others out there... Ok, my boomslang would use the scroll mouse function when it was tapped on the table. It became extremely annoying while gaming. It turns out that it was a weak spring. I just took apart a pen, cut the spring so it matched the old one and put it in. Make sure that its a very flexible spring though. If your buttons are not depressing properly then you need to open up the mouse and remove the grey button. Shave some of the rubber off of the underside of the edge or shave some plastick off of the rails that stop it from depressing all the way. Thats it.

nice work, but wouldn't they just replace the thing for ya? Kind of troubling when you have to make your own repairs to things like that.

they would if they didnt go out of business. There is an automated message when you call tech support stating that they are temporarily not available.
