*FIXED* MBP + Parallels 8 + windows 7 = Russian install? WTF?

I have a mid-2009 MBP with mountain lion and parallels 8. I have Winxp and Ubuntu installed and working just fine. I am trying to install Windows 7 and it does its thing but just starts installing it in Russian! It never prompts for language option! Any ideas?

Nevermind. I figured it out. Have to uncheck express installation!

Um. Get your Windows 7 ISO from a 'Murican website?

Seriously, I have never run into this issue? What about the google? Does it reveal anything?
