**FIXED**Help my computer has lost my cd/dvd drives!

After starting my computer this morning I found that WinXp cannot use my cd rom, dvd, or cd burner. They do not show up in explorer at all. In device manager they have a yellow ! and under properties it says "Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)". Has any had trouble with this before and if so how can I resolve it. I have tried rebooting several times. I also uninstalled all of the drives in the device manager and rebooted but XP installed the drivers but still can't use the drives.
 
It was a problem with Nero it happened again when I reinstalled it but is ok after applying the upgrade patch.
