fixed, delete please

Just upgraded to sp2 on my desktop (has been running fine on my laptop for over a week) and am getting very strange results with internet use. Opening webpages is remarkably slow, though downloads (from major sites, like ati) are very fast (getting just about max for my cable modem, had 5 downlaods at same time due 500k a second). If i close all p2p software running and only try opening 1 page at a time it seems fine. Problem is with p2p software (i know about the 10 conenction limit and will try the hacked tcpip.sys) and with opening my browser (tabed so opens about 12-14 pages at startup at the moment). Any suggestions?

never mind, got the newest patch, set limit to 100 from 10, everything works fine now.
