It started doing this on my parent computer after they had Cable modem installed. the guy left the dsl modem and stuff installed too. I unistalled the drivers and all for the dsl and after rebooting got this. I went in the registry and made sure all calls to the dsl proggies were removed. I know it has something to do with a driver but I don't want to be messing around all day and night trying to find which one.


Any ideas?
