Fix yet for p5b-del-wifi start_stop_start with oc settings?

I have not checked lately whether this problem has been resolved, that is that my p5b deluxe wifi on cold start or reboot powers up and beeps, then powers down, then powers up and beeps and boots. If anyone knows, I would so much appreciate any help I can get. It is basically an anoyance, but I hate anoyances.

None as far as I know. Some have claimed that 0711 bios has improved things but not on mine - it only happens when you kill the power totally (as in shutting off your power bar or the PS switch). If you only use normal shut down it should not occur.

0711 fixes the problem for me, except when I unplug the PSU.
