Old game, but one of my favorites. I have been wanting to play it but could never solve the win7 color issues. So it finally came out on GOG with the issue supposedly fixed. I tried it on my i5/hd7770, and still was terrible, distorted, grainy, colors still totally off. I was ready to request my money back fron GOG, but just for kicks, tried it on my bay trail tablet. Amazingly, it had none of the issues I was seeing with the 7770. Actually, it ran fairly well, although overall playing this game on a 7inch tablet is definitely frustrating.
Bottom line, i finally found a out from an internet post that turning off morphological filtering in CCC might solve this problem. I was skeptical, but tried it, and it works perfectly. Dont know if this only works with the GOG version, or with all of them. And yes, i tried compatability mode and killing windows explorer, neither of which worked with my amd card. Only turning off morphological filtering solved the problem.
So anyway, hope maybe this will help others who might be having the same problem with tbis game or other older games on AMD cards.
