Empty? I couldn't even finish my fries and even the next morning I was still full.

You're not most people.

Most people, myself included, can easily finish off an entire McDonalds value meal, burger, fries, and shake and still be hungry not too long after.

Though, in my personal defense, my stomach and bowels hates me whenever I eat McDs.

I usually get the Double QPC meal and an extra Filet-O-Fish (to complete the McSurf and Turf) but it takes me a long time to get hungry after that.

lol me too.

Just about everyone I go out to eat with, if it's a fast food place I end up finishing their fries because they're full. And it's usually a decent amount of them.

Can anyone explain how the Veggie Sandwich has less fiber than the Grilled Cheese?

Sheesh, add lettuce to your burger as a topping and add less than 1g of fiber.... I guess they use Iceberg lettuce?

Anything but Iceberg lettuce on a burger's just wrong, now I love a Cesar Salad with Romaine. But if you put it on my burger we're going to have a problem.

Went for it today:

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs w/ Broccoli: 307 calories

Lunch: Five Guys Cheeseburger & Fries + 1/3 cup ketchup: 1,538 calories

Dinner: Will be soup and yogurt: 410 calories

Factor in a conservative 300 calories from an hour of soccer and I stay within my budget :D

I know it's not the best thing to do, but it's a month since I started the diet and this is the first time I had something greasy.
