feel free to contribute even if you aren't an expert. My left ankle got pretty messed up when i was playing hockey tonight. We were missing a guy and killed off a 2 minute penalty when we had to stay on the rink for 5 minutes and my ankles couldn't take it. afterwards my game went to crap and i made a ton of mistakes... hmmm yeah. My right ankle was holding up fine but hey if any one of you has any advice on strengthening my left ankle i'd appreciate it!
