If my knowledge serves me correctly, being sli and crossfire certified means that they paid ati and nvidia to throw the name on there. Nothing more other than it has the appropriate connections to support it. If you don't mind rebates its not bad for the price. Though be wary of the amps, especially if your thinking of going with top of the line videocards. Other than that, I cannot comment on its quality.
