Hey guys, i recently bought the nec 2510a with some ritek g04 media from newegg.
the media itself is 4x, and when i look at the media itself, each dvd-r has rought edges. for example, when i feel the edges, i can feel dips, like something took small chunks out of it. also, on the writign side, there is what appears to be a radial scratch not too far from the inner beginning of the writing surface. this doesn't seem to influence writing the dvds, or reading in other drives, but it has me a bit worried about the longevity of the data on the discs.
any comments?
