I am looking to buy a house for my summers/weekends. Has anyone ever been to the poconos and know which area I should be looking into? I am looking for a place that has the best FISHING.
 
I actually live in the Poconos. Probably somewhere within the Stroudsburg, East. Stroudsburg area is a good place to look for a summer/weekend home. There are a lot of gated communities that have security guards that patrol the developments. You are also close to some fishing/recreation areas. You got a lot of streams and creeks that people fish in. You got the Delaware River to fish in. Basically lots of places to go.
