Finally a decent night for star pics, just took these from in front of my house. Nothing super spectacular but it's cool to be able to capture so much of the sky with this lens.









Can't wait to get more star pics with this lens again when I go camping in a few weeks as there will be less/no light pollution.
 
Should be pretty cool when you get out in the boonies, there were some places I used to camp at so far from a city you could walk around and it almost looked like daylight.

Wish I had had a camera like that a few times back then, it looked like something out of a fairy tale.
