Had our first-year anniversary last year.

Both me and the wife agreed that any money spent on anniversaries would be spent by means of traveling for both of us. Not a stupid gift to get each other that is utterly useless and a waste of money.

We ended up taking a road trip to a small town that is famous for a few things ~3 hours away and renting a bed and breakfast house while there. It was definitely a good choice.

we went to NYC for our 1 year anniversary for a 3 day weekend. we did a lot there. didn't get her anything specific but we spent it together on vacation.

our 5 year anniversary we went to the FL keys which was cool, and our 7 year this past september we went to aruba. i love using anniversaries as excuses for vacations.

I am confused... you a repeat customer? Why do you need a sketch of your wedding dress? Don't you have sketches from before the dress was made?
