ok well this is my first tiem replacing stock cooling for my pc and i just have a few questions. Im gonna be replaced the stock amd heatsink with a ZALMAN CNPS7000B-CU and my gpu cooler with a ZALMAN VF700-CU. I was just wondering how much thermal compound i should put on each. I have a 3.5gram tube of arctic silver. Wil that be enough? thanks

yes. very much enough. you only need a small rice sized drop on the center of the GPU/CPU. you should be careful about the GPU though. I would actually recommend Arctic Silver Ceramique for that due to non-conductivity.
