First time with Case Fans

Yeah, im not sure how to connect the case fans. The only power connection I see is an (I think they are called) Aux connector (four pins), not the smalll three ones that can hook up to the motherboard. Should I hook them up to the PSU? Also, the SmartCool fans Aux connector has both input and output, so can I hook up two of the cans on the same power cable?

Sorry for such a noob question, but I just have no clue since I cant connect it to the motherboard (I guess without a converter...).

Yes, just plug them into the molex connectors coming out of the PSU. It won't damage anything.
