It's a AsRock Phantom Gaming 6900xt and still on air. I used a modest overclock and a undervolt.
One suggestion if I may, don't push minimum clock this high as it will get you opposite effect to what you think it should. Card will adhere to Temp, Power draw and maximum current limits while also trying to obey your very high minimum clock. In the end card will insert a lot of empty cycles and slow down more than 50% in moments where it no longer can sustain your desired minimum clock, but will still show full speed on any monitoring software. I've played with it a bit and the best scores I got were always with minimum set to default 500MHz. Card then pushes itself as hard as it can, fluidly adjusting clock depending on power load.
It would be a different matter if we had unlocked TDP BIOS, but we're not there yet
