about a month ago i had a power supply failure that took out my motherboard and both my harddrives, memory. i purchased n aopen ak77-333 mb from a local shop. yesterday the computer wouldnt boot and after a close examination of mb i noticed that a circuit? or some type of chip? was not seated properly and the connector was no longer soldered to its connector... so to make a long story short im going to rma the board and i was wondering a few things

will they accept the rma..i registered it and have the reciept

turn around time? weeks, months?

will they replaced or repair the board?

anyone with any experience rma'ing a board please leave me some advice, thanks

If you got it at newegg, the whole RMA process oughta take 1-2 weeks. I've RMA'd 2 boards back there (I've learned my lesson about penny pinching with the most important part of the PC :p) and both have been exchanged or credited within that time frame. I've sent one board back to googlegear.com about a week and a half ago...no response yet :(
