First time Raid 0 set up

In a week i will be setting up my first raid on my A8n SLI premium. The new drives are:

Raid 0: (Video/photo scratch disks)
-WD3200ks 320gb SATA II
-Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320gb SATA II

OS:
Western Digital Raptor WD1500ADFD 150GB

Questions:

1. Nvraid is the best to use correct?
2. Can i install the Raptor first, then the Raid drives? or do i have to do it all at once?
3. If i slipstream the drivers, do i get to bypass the F6 part of the OS installation?
4. Since i will be working with large video files on the scratch disks, should i use a larger stripe size?
5. (Asus A8N premium owners) Any tips or suggestions on installing with maximum performance?
