First Time PC Build

This is my first time building a PC and before I buy all the components I want to know if they are all compatible. Also any tips or suggestions would be welcome.

AMD Athlon 64bit 3200+ 754pin
MSI K8N Neo Platinum NForce3 754 SATA
2 x Kingston 512MB 400MHz
PNY Verto GeForce 6 6600GT 128MB
Seagate 250Gb 7200rpm SATA
I-Cute 0314TL Black Atx Gaming Case 400PSU
Sony DRU-710A 16x DVD R/RW
 
I imagine the main components should work together. I have no idea about the case and psu though. You provided no links either. Have you looked at the fan placement and probable airflow pattern in the case? Is it a junk psu?
