We need to know the make & model of the motherboard ,this is printed on it.
Ref cpu support ,it would most likely support upto 600MHz at least with an bios update ,once we know your board then we'll know for certain (unless it's a PC Chips board!).
BTW when overclocking its the cpu that is at greater risk rather than the m/brd.And the risk is relevant to how overclocked the cpu is & how well cooled it is.
