First time overclocker needs help with build

OK, I'm doing a complete system upgrade and after much research, this is what I'm thinking. I'm a first time builder/overclocker and I'm in need of help! (a friend built my current PC) This is what I'm looking at buying:

35w mobile Athlon XP 2200+ $77
Abit NF7 $67
512mb Kingston pc3200 $85
Antec case w/ PS $70
Seagate 120gb 8mb cache $94
Logitech mx300 mouse $19
Speeze Falconrock HS/F $12

Total $424 + ship

OK. After further reading/research I think I've decided to go with the mobile XP and do my first overclock. Since it IS only my first OC, I'm thinking of only taking the system to 2.0-2.2 GHZ max. I don't want to mess things up and I also don't want my new comp to be noisy. Noise is a HUGE factor for me so that's why I have the Speeze heatsink listed. I should be able to take this chip to 2.0 GHZ with the speeze right, since the chip is a 35w mobile? I also changed the motherboard because I think the Abit will be a bit more stable than the shuttle would have been.

Now, my main concerns are that OC is indeed easy enough for me to do. ALL I have to do is change FSB and multiplier settings in the bios, right? If there are other things I need to do, please tell me before I purchase.

Secondly, I want to make sure this heatsink/fan will be sufficient for the overclock. If it isn't going to work, what other heatsink/fan combos can you suggest to me that are QUIET?

Thanks in advance guys. Please help a first-timer in need!

the speeze got my 1700+ DUT3C to 200x11. I think it should do fine. I don't know if it would be considered quiet though, but I dunno, it's my first build too. If you're willing to pay the price, I'm sure you'll get many recommendations for better, quieter HSFs, but if you're cheap like me, then the speeze is right for you 😛

you'll probably have to increase the voltage to reach 2.2GHz, but maybe your chip is better than mine. you may want to invest in some arctic silver, especially if you'll be building more computers in the near or not-so-near future.

I dont think you can ever spend enough for a heatsink when doing overclocking. I would suggest getting something like an Alpha or Thermaltake heatsink. Also, lapping the heatsink helps. And make sure you use arctic silver and not a pad or that white thermal crap.

OK. Like I said in the post, though, I don't want the computer to be loud. I think something like that would be too loud wouldn't it?

The 2200+ IS indeed a barton. link.

Also, the reason I chose the 2200+ is because it's a 35w. The 2500+ is a 45w and I figured I'd go for the lower one for heat control purposes.
