I'm sure it can do more, but I don't need the performance.. I just want to make sure this looks okay:

9x400Mhz=3.6GHz
1.200V (I'm not sure if this can be lower)

~40C idle and 62C load on stock HSF

looks good. if you push it to the very edge it will get really hot and really power hungrey,with your OC you can maintain excellent performance/watt and avoid overheating your room. I did the same thing when I oced my E8400. (9x400 that is)

i have the same temperature as you do with stock cooling.
but i have set the voltage to 1.18v, everything else untouch

now i use AC Freezer 7 Pro, currently at 430x9 @ 1.225v fsb, dram +0.1
everything else untouch.

Honestly, I didn't see anything faster, no only that, the load time of windows takes way longer than before. Now just the numbers are higher than originaly.
I believe once i reinstall windows, the loadtime problem will go away. but i will wait till i get a new video card first.
