First time Mini-ITX build (questions)

Hi everyone, first time post, long time reader.

I started accumulating spare parts after upgrading my desktop computer and decided to use my leftover Intel E4300 in a mini-ITX LGA775 build. I've built tons of ATX computers but this will be the first time I've attempted a mini-ITX build so there's a couple things foreign to me and hope you guys could lend a hand.

Basically just something small that will fit on my media rack, play 1080P content on my TV via HDMI, wi-fi internet, play MAME and possibly Live 4 Speed or rFactor (probably scaled down to 720P instead).

Here's the parts I'm considering purchasing.

Motherboard

ZOTAC G43ITX-A-E LGA 775 Intel G43

ZOTAC GF9300-G-E LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 9300

Case
Thermaltake RSI H SD100 Mini-ITX
JETWAY JC-122-B Black Mini-ITX

A really shorts parts list as I have leftover parts but I had some questions about ITX power supplies and heat.

At 120W would either of the power supplies provided run a Core 2 Duo and possibly a low profile Radeon HD 5450? I do like the Jetway aesthetically but seeing that laptop-like power adapter weirds me out (although it seems a lot of ITX cases seem to have them). I suppose if 120W restricts me to integrated graphics I might as well spend a couple more bucks and get the GeForce 9300 version mobo or save money and get a mobo without PCI-e x16 since I wouldn't be able to use it anyways. This is probably my biggest concern about the whole build.

What about heat? I'd probably end up using the stock Intel fan but is there any recommendation for a good, small, quiet, aftermarket fan that will fit into a DVD player sized ITX case just in case. I see a lot of people use the Silverstone Sugo, but that's a taller profile case than I'd like to use.

Thanks guys.

just stick with the intel fan if you aren't overclocking. it's pretty quiet even at 100% speed, and you can always reduce the speed with speedfan or something. I would definitely get the GeForce 9300 board if you aren't going with discrete graphics. The jetway and thermaltake cases don't seem to offer any expansion slots whatsoever, but a conroe+GF9300 system will work fine with the included power supply.

If you want discrete graphics, you can do it with mini itx but the case will be slightly larger in order to fit a video card.

The jetway has half height expansion slots, you'll need a riser card / ribbon.
I don't know about the 5450 but if it is low profile / 1/2 height card and does not need additional power you should be ok.
