First Time in Rome, Paris, Dublin, London - what are the Must see Attractions?

As title says this is my first time in Rome, Paris, Dublin, and London. What are the must see attractions and restaurants to go to?

I'd pick up a Lonely Planet for each city. I think it is the best guide book around, bar none.
