First time builder with stupid question

Total noob here with simple question that my Abit manual should of answered but it didn't.

I have an Abit An8 mobo. The installation manual says there is a 12v 4pin connector labled atx12v1 and a 24pin connector labled atxpwr1 but doesn't say which to plug in. Which one do I connect or do I connect both of them?
