No need to get the DFI if you don't plan to OC.
Looks very nice. I don't see anything that looks out of place.

Get the Chaintech NF4 Ultra mobo. I would get a different case, but that is personal preference more then anything.

I also ordered one of those Gigabyte models after examining performance and features for my new X2. I'd say probably get a better brand for your power supply ... unless SeaSonic is some new, good company that I've never heard of.

Seasonic is known for making very good PSUs that are really quiet.

looks good to me, not a huge fan of the case, but thats just personal preference
