First time build review

I am building a pc for the first time by my self and was wondering how good this build is http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Pirate_Twinkie/saved/WYQcCJ. I can't afford to go any higher in terms of budget which is $1200 Canadian. After tax it ends up being just $8 under budget. I am planning on upgrading the cpu to a broadwell when that comes out, and the gpu I probably won't upgrade for a year or two. I was just wondering if it is a good build or not, and if you have any suggestions to improve the build any suggestions would be great.

20% sales tax?

I honestly couldn't see building a PC today - even one for my Mom to play solitaire - without an SSD for the boot drive.

I found a way to fit a not-great SSD in there, but you can at least install your OS on it.

If you don't need that WiFi module, maybe we can do a little better.
