First time boot up, won't boot

So I got all the parts, I believe I found where everything goes, via multiple instruction manuals and the help of others, but when it came to say plugging the PSU cords into others, it was mostly just me matching shapes ha. However I'm confidant in the setup.

However, I ran out the door this morning had just plugged in the front panel cords or bios I believe? Into the mobo. Unless I put one in upside down, I can't figure out why my PC is starting for 3 seconds, lights go on, every fan spins, GPU lights up, and them quickly shuts off.

I attempted to take a decent photo for you guys to see.
Also
The cable hanging in the middle is just another fan that I can't find a 3 pin connector for

And the orange on the left is from the front panels I believe, but I did for sure already plug in the start and restart cables

My specs including the PSU is in my signature.

From what I can tell, you don't have your CPU power cable(s) plugged in. Bearing your system's orientation in mind, you're missing the cable(s) that ought to be plugged in above the CPU heatsink and to the right of the top VRM's heatsink. Notice those 2x4 connectors?

Also, if that doesn't sort it, the RAM setup, as kpb pointed out, may not be compatible with the motherboard. First things first though, give the former suggestion a try and report back if it doesn't resolve the matter.
