I only like snow when it's from a blizzard so severe that the market is shut down and I don't have to go to work. That is all.

I was not happy to wake up to 34 degrees this morning. I would prefer I not see any snow at all this winter. I live in the south for a reason.

Damn, that's shorts and t-shirt weather.

We got our first snow back in September, but it didn't stick anywhere but the mountains. Need a bunch more though, I am itching to get the snowmobile out of the garage.

Bah, I grew up in Chicago. It's not the temp that gets you, it's the wind. You would die in Chicago in shorts and a t-shirt when it's 20F, Oregonian. :p

They are predicting an inch of snow here tonight. After that it gets back up into the 50s and 60s for the following 8 days.

We lost power early this morning for a few hours, but unrelated to the snow. I think a transformer blew somewhere nearby.

It snowed on 10/26 here, but just a little tiny bit, just for a few hours ....
On 10/25 the 50mph wind gusts were MUCH worse than not even a dusting of snow ... (caused power outages, etc)

It's really nice here today, sunny, and supposed to get over 40 degrees! I have my "winter coat" with me, and it was handy this morning while scraping the frost off of my windshield, but I don't think I'll need it the rest of the day today. (My winter coat is really just a hoodie.)

VERY true about the wind ...
That said, I wear shorts and a t-shirt ... with my winter coat. I only wear long pants for work, or if the snow is higher than my ankles ...

Due to global warming we get our snow later and later every year. 10 years ago, we would of had a few feet at least, by now.

Yesterday it rained. :/ So sick of rain. We've had it non stop all summer. We got maybe 10 days of sun, and I'm not exaggerating.

We got snow a few times so far though, hoping for a nice cold and long one this year, for an extended break from rain. Snow is dry, well once we get into the real winter weather. -15 and lower and such.

We're getting nailed in upstate New York. The cars in the lot are covered, and a snowplow actually went by...

I'm not ready for this!
