Well I plan on making an upgrade from my Current PC within the next month/month and a half and I want to go with something smaller than I have now to save alot of space.

For starters I will not be overclocking, I want to see how the temperatures are first and make sure nothing goes wrong after the first few months of running this build; if all is well then I'll give my hand at a overclock nothing extreme though.

I'm also not the least bit interesting in SLI or Crossfire , if I need to upgrade cards in the future I'll just buy what I can afford and offers the best performance at that time; but until then SLI or Crossfire isn't coming anywhere near me.

Also the least amount of cables and smaller the cables the better; trying to find the fine line between functionality and space clutter; thus the USB card reader/ floppy, 3 pin fans (instead of 3 pin + 4 pin fans for rpm monitoring), and SATA optical drives.

Now for the parts I've been looking at.

OS: Windows XP Professional (not ready for vista yet; I will wait for it to mature for another year or two)

(note: more than likely not purchasing all stuff from newegg; just easiest to show)

Now for a few questions.

Dimensions:
Anyone know the dimensions of the included PSU for that case? I would hate to get a different PSU as I don't trust a power supply that comes with a case at all just to have the new PSU not fit by a inch or be longer than the one it's replacing.

Also does anyone know if an 8800GTS will even fit (length wise)?

Cooling:
I'm fairly happy with my choices for my 120mm and 80mm fan's so I prefer not to have anyone else suggest anyone else; at least this way I can blame myself if something goes wrong with either one :p

Now After market Heatsinks! I prefer not to have a stock heatsink; I want my babies cool as possible; but I have a problem; size constraints. I need a heatsink that cool's better than stock but can fit in the matx setup like above but I don't know of any; so some suggestions here needed.

Hmm... I don't think I missed anything; but if I still am taking suggestions and willing take have a look at them and look into it though.

(PS: If this build goes off without a hitch; anyone know a good mATX motherboard for a socket 939 processor with decent integrated graphics and can handle 2 gig's of DDR-400?; going to break apart this machine and give it to my mother.)
