Bought the following:

Abit KT7, 1GHz Athlon, 256MB Kingston PC 133 Ram, Elsa Geforce MX card, globalwin Fan(AMD recommended)

I have built like 5 similar machines and had zero problems. First time I purchase from NewEgg and machince will not post. Changed out RAM and Video Card. All fans come on but no POST. Ram is in correct DIMM slot...reset CMOS.
