I can't put into words how ridiculously stupid it is to have a pre-season college football poll. especially in January.

i aggree

but OSU has a ton of def. and off. starters returning
granted al ot of their wins were luck (ntl. champ game, psu game) they are good

I agree 100%. Hell, the deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft hasn't even passed yet!

All those teams have one thing in common. Returning starters and depth.

Auburn coaches have been pointing to 2003 for the past three years so it is a put up or shut up year for them.

Offense wins games, defense wins championships. The ACC has 4 teams in the top 20, should be a good year. Would note be terribly surprised if the Seminoles finished 3rd.
